James Montalbano has created over 1000 individual fonts for the retail and custom markets since getting involved in this type design thing 25 years ago. He sells and markets his wares exclusively on his TerminalDesign.com website, so he knows the names of all his customers. His work is in the permanent collection of the Cooper-Hewitt Smithsonian National Design Museum, and he has been living in Brooklyn since before it was hip.
