The TDC62 exhibition of the world’s best typographic design of 2016 is coming to ATypI, Warsaw. It will include the 19th annual Typeface Design Competition, TDC2016, which received nearly 200 entries from 35 countries, with thirteen winning typefaces representing ten countries

Come by and see the winning typefaces from our TDC 2016 competition. The winning work from TDC62 will be displayed digitally.

TDC62 Communication Design
The Type Directors Club has reached many milestones since its formation in 1946 but it is most widely recognized for its annual international competition, which started in 1955. This year its 62nd Communication Design Competition received nearly 1800 entries from 47 countries, with 378 winning works representing 29 countries. The typography in the exhibit includes a wide range of categories including web graphics, books, corporate branding, logos, stationery, video, posters, products and magazines.

All the winning works will comprise the TDC annual, Typography 37, designed by Bobby Martin, Jr., OCD | The Original Champions of Design available in bookstores this December.

TDC exhibits travel the world and will be seen in fifteen countries and at least 35 cities.
