Christopher Andreola

Chris is a Designer and design junkie. His professional experience includes work in Typography, Graphic Design, Architecture, Environmental Design, Industrial Design, Interactivity and Motion Graphics. He also has a strong interest in the history and criticism of design and visual language theories.

Chris started his professional design career in 1992 after graduating with honors Art Center College of Design. In 1994 he jumped into the growing interactive design scene where he worked at a variety of start-up interactive agencies that ranged in size from 3 to 70 employees. He had titles like Senior Art Director, Creative Director, Interactive Strategist, etc.. He came to New York and began working for Waters Design as an Interactive Designer specializing in interface design for web based applications. During this time he began to specialize in information dense, web application interface design. He started adcSTUDIO in 2000. adcSTUDIO is a small design/development studio that focuses on expanding and supporting the design and technology capabilities of its clients. They often partner with other firms as part of hybrid-project teams specializing in branding, interface design, web development and back-end web application development. Clients include the March of Dimes, The Apollo Theatre, Calvin Klein, Lucent Technologies and IBM.
