Dave Farey: A Life in British Type

British type designer Dave Farey of HouseStyle Graphics talks about his career at a Type Directors Club salon in January 2010. Dave describes his experience with a wide range of projects from the Sixties on, including his early work with stencils and Letraset and the process he used to develop type designs for the iconic UK comedy series Black Adder. Working with Richard Dawson at Panache Typography in London, Farey has been involved in the design and artwork creation of more than 200 typefaces.
