David Carson was named in January 2014 as one of the 30 most influential designers in Apple computers 30 year history, only two GRAPHIC designers, made the list…{April Grieman was the other} Apple called Carson, :”a pioneer with profound impact”. David was also named as an AIGA Gold Medalist for 2014. Also this year, The Smithsonian Instiute commissioned  Carson calling him “one of Americas most important artists”
